Exchanges and Proof Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full exchange. We do not allow a refunds due to items in this shop being custom ordered. As they are personal to you as the customer and can not be resold for anyone else.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange and closely do our best to fix said item to customer satisfaction.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jessierichelle91@gmail.com, with full details of what is it that is wrong with the product. You can also fill out our contact form. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Shipping returns

To return your product, fill out the contact or or email jessierichelle91@gmail.com for details on where to ship your exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Disclaimer and Proof Before Shipment

We would like to inform you and we do offer proof of product before we ship it out to you, to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s). Once we complete your order we will be in contact with you about your custom order, we will send proof via email, messaging systems, or chat of said product. Once customer(s) are satisfied with product we will begin the shipping process. This helps reduce the amount of possible errors that could occur during creation of products.
